Made myself a stamp,
I also had to make a piece that sits on the inside while stamping to stop pushing the base out.
I did think to begin with that when the clay is still soft it might be possible, but it is one of those catch twenty two impossible situations where the clay is so soft it pushes through too easy or the clay has formed up so much that you need to press the stamp so hard it pushes the base through.
Anyway, the support on the other side is just the way to do this

This is a new shape I have had on the shelf for a while, I feel like there is just a small tweak that needs doing, but I also fear I'm over thinking it and I should make this into a finished slip cast ceramic cup. It could work well with some different glaze effects 🤔

The design is based on a geometric pattern with its roots in the natural world, where each point divides into multiple new points, like tree branch growth. It is also a way of giving lightweight and strong architectural forms.

Geo cups Colour range - I also use a black glaze
I make my own glazes using raw materials or different powders from basically crushed up rocks, clay and glass - The glaze layer is mostly a layer of glass that makes the clay into a durable usable material.
