This is my Nan, Betty. Who my bread pudding is dedicated to. Born 20th December 1929.

She passed last year a month before her birthday. Today we are honouring my Nan by doing what she LOVED to do, go out with her family, shop and have a meal.

Happy heavenly 97th birthday to Betty

This has to be THE most popular bake I make. It is universally adored by you all.

A bake steeped in tradition, and oozing with nostalgia and also, so i’m lead to believe ‘the best version you’ve EVER TASTED’

Comforting and delicious and wonderful with a good cup of tea.

In the little cake shed tomorrow
