A little update regarding cake and cupcake orders. 🧁
As our cake business continues to grow, we’ve taken some time to review our ordering process to ensure we can continue providing the high standard of service and freshly made products our customers expect.
With immediate effect:
🧁 We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for all cake and cupcake orders.
🧁 All orders must be confirmed in writing via Facebook message, email, WhatsApp or another written form of communication.
🧁 Orders under £30 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
🧁 Orders over £30 require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due prior to collection.
🧁 Orders due for collection within 72 hours must be paid in full at the time of booking.
As all of our cakes, cupcakes and edible prints are prepared specifically for each individual order, we begin purchasing ingredients, creating designs and scheduling production time well before collection day. These measures help protect both our customers and our business and ensure every order receives the care and attention it deserves.
We understand that misunderstandings can occasionally happen when orders are placed. To help avoid this, all future cake orders will require written confirmation and payment before being booked into our diary. These changes are designed to protect both our customers and our business and ensure that everyone has a clear record of their order details.

We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive community and remain committed to providing the friendly service, homemade food and fresh bakes that you know and love.
