A classic, with a fresh new look ✨

Our Vanilla Cake has had a little refresh. Light vanilla sponge, smooth vanilla buttercream and fresh raspberry compote, finished with colourful mini pearls.

And it’s not just the look that’s changed…our layer cakes are now 15% bigger 👀

Let’s debate…Which ones are you disagreeing or agreeing with?👀

Moist red velvet sponge, layered with smooth cream cheese icing and finished with a delicate red velvet crumb.

Rich, beautifully balanced, and perfect for those who prefer their cake a little less sweet.

The Test Kitchen is heating up!

We’re back in the kitchen for another round of baking, this time testing everything from sweet to savoury as the menu starts to take shape.

And the taste-testing panel has had a bit of an upgrade…the big bosses are getting involved. No pressure, Safa & Emily 👀

There’s still plenty we’re keeping under wraps, but not for much longer.
