PUBLIC STATEMENT FROM LUMLEY PIZZA

We are aware of several posts circulating online containing extremely serious and completely false allegations about our business and our staff.

To be absolutely clear:
These claims are untrue. No member of staff at Lumley Pizza has ever been accused of, investigated for, or reported to police for the behaviour being suggested.

The individual making these allegations was dismissed from employment for internal reasons that we will not discuss publicly. These reasons were not connected in any way to the claims he is now posting online.

Due to the seriousness of the false statements being made, we have:

Reported the posts to the police

Provided full evidence

Taken legal advice regarding defamation and harassment

We will not engage in online arguments, but we will continue to protect our staff and our business from false accusations.

We would like to reassure our customers and community that Lumley Pizza remains committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional environment for both staff and customers.

Thank you for your continued support.
