This postpartum journey is no joke! I haven’t been able to go gym as much as I’d like because my baby is literally attached to my hip. 😅 But one thing I do have control over is what I eat and drink... I just need to stay a lot more disciplined.

It’s wild because I’m still learning to stay accountable, but I’ve been making real effort! juicing regularly, avoiding unnecessary snacking (especially using breastfeeding as an excuse 😅), and giving myself little breaks from solid food every other week with juice days.

My goals are way bigger than just weight loss, and I honestly can’t wait to see how this journey unfolds. Celebrating the fact that I'm wearing jeans, because the way I've been trying to hide myself by wearing"comfortable" clothes, it's nice to see a bit of progress 💪✨

I love a change, and have been testing something new to add to the detox range.

One of the key ingredients seems to be parsley, and not by accident! Parsley is a quiet powerhouse. It does all the things needed during a cleanse as it's known to support kidney and liver health, helps flush out excess water and toxins, and is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. For me, it's that taste! Very present, but super fresh, and clean.

Parsley dotn’t yield as much juice at all 🫠 but the nutritional benefits are unmatched. I'm excited for you to try, and see how your body feels with something a little greener, lighter, and deeper in nutrients. X
