We love holding charity events and raising money for some great causes.
This year we decided to raise for Mind Aid, they are a newly set up charity raising awareness for mental health throughout the community.

For the second year Mind Aid are hosting again a great day with us introducing lots of different musicians, singers, entertainers..... this day is now completely full, so sadly if you haven't got a ticket, there will be no entry after 4pm.

Our next evening will be hosted by another local lad Conor White who will be bringing us a night of laughter. Strictly over 18's.
Tables must be booked for his event Thursday 22nd October, with £5 booking fee due at time of booking (cash only) this goes 100% towards the charity.

We're half way through the summer holidays, with still so much happening for the kids and adults.

Some great offers on our menu daily, kids eat for just £1 Monday -Thursday with every main meal purchased from our main menu.

Our weekend begins on Thursdays with our kids summer raves, which have been amazing the past two weeks, followed by boozy bingo from 8pm (adults only)

Top Dj George Ellis is with us Friday, then it's all about the costumes on Saturday as we go country with the lovely Chloe-Louise.

Great match on Saturday, sadly we lost 3 -0 but as i always say, "its the taking Part and raising for charity that counts"!

Thank you to South Thurrock Football Club for taking us on again this year and giving a great game.

Many many thanks to all those who represented The Ship, some who don't play football and some who hung their boots up years ago, no practice and some not knowing others until meeting in the changing room 🫣.
You all played amazingly, thank you.

A massive thank you to all spectators, you kept both teams on their toes, cheering them all on.

And lastly thank you to Treetops School for allowing us again the use of the football pitch.

As soon as all monies are in I will share with you all how much was raised on the day.
