Not quite a menu drop, more a dribble, but here is the first version of the Spey Cafe by Coyote.
As we are in Kincraig next weekend for Oktober Fest at the Suie, we’re keeping things simple, but damn tasty.
Soups are: Mag’s minestrone and sweet potato and butternut squash (V) along side Coyotes signature Cullen Skink.

Iced lemon cake to go with your cuppa.

11 - 7 tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday

If I feel fluffy, might even put a wee special on as well.

BIG NEWS:

well for most of you.
We’re moving, again, but not far.
Cairngorms Activities have kindly agreed to give Coyote shelter😉

So we’re moving from Grantown East standing in a van, to Craggan inside the chalet with a real kitchen, comfy seats and log burner! Yass, no more hoolies blowing uur heids aff.

There are a few events booked in in October that we want to honour, so not open fully yet, but from the end of October there will be a degree of normality again.

So, we’ll be open during the day for lunches, coffee, cake and all the coyote things you are used to.
Take-away, sitting in, sitting out, all good. Doggies welcome too (they are usually better behaved than people), the premises is licensed, plenty parking, woodland walks, Spey access and much more (to come)

All being well, first day open @ The Spey Cafe Saturday 3rd October from 11 till 7.

I don’t want to jinx it, BUT, we’re leaving Grantown in the next hour towards Kincraig. All being well (and I can’t see why not), we’ll be serving from 5ish till late tonight outside the Suie Bar.

Cracking specials and on request, Philly Steak loaded fries (with nacho cheese sauce) and The Girder Burger makes its debut in Kincraig tonight.

Still not fixed!
Almost, but not quite yet.
