So i think the phrase is..... when life gives u lemons make lemonade, and go with it... well my monday hasn't gone as planned lol. Thanks to the vast amount of strawberries I was given yesterday, so this monday ive made strawberry jam!!! And ill still b making more ! It looks amazing and smells amazing- still not cool enough to try yet !

So last year I was quiet on social media, that didnt mean I was quiet in my baking life!
2026 brings many new exciting things, the biggest one being I've moved. So home and the business is all change! But dont worry I've not moved far..... im now in Goxhill.
Keep your eye peeled for new and exciting things happening .
I'll share photographs of my new place very soon.
The diary is open for cakes, dessert tables as well as afternoon teas so get in touch .
