Today I want to recognise someone very special, Martina, our incredible General Manager at The Creek, Haslar Marina.

Martina and I have worked together on and off for the past 13 years, and throughout that time she has shown unwavering dedication, loyalty, professionalism and an outstanding work ethic. Her commitment to both the team and our guests is second to none.

Running a busy hospitality business takes passion, resilience and attention to detail, and Martina brings all of that every single day. She leads by example, supports her team, and always goes the extra mile to ensure The Creek delivers the warm welcome and exceptional service that our customers know and love.

Behind every successful business are people who work tirelessly, often without recognition. Martina is one of those people. Her hard work, positive attitude and dedication have played a huge part in making The Creek what it is today.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking cleaners to join our team at Haslar Marina.

🕠 Shift: 5:30 AM – 10:30 AM
📍 Location: Haslar Marina
🍽️ Role: Cleaning restaurant customer areas & toilets

Responsibilities include:

- Cleaning dining and seating areas
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washrooms
- Wiping tables, floors, and surfaces
- Maintaining high cleanliness standards in public spaces

Requirements:

- Punctual and dependable
- Attention to detail
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not essential)
