Commercial unit update...
First, apologies for my slightly wooden introduction. It was rather early. I do become a bit more animated eventually, once the caffeine kicks in.
As with so many things, the commercial unit has taken a little longer to get ready than we’d hoped. Preparatory building work is still underway. As we get ready for the move, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes.
Today, we took a trip to collect some equipment from Hymas & Hymas Trading. This kit will be going into our new production kitchen. A big shout out to our good friend Mike, who you’ll meet in the video. He’s one of those people who is always willing to lend a hand, and this particular adventure required an extra pair of hands.
We can confirm today was nothing at all like a Chuckle Brothers outing...
