These images don’t do it justice, but wanted to share the results of last week’s product development.

These puff pastry cheesecake waffles worked a treat, and they tasted bloody awesome too 😋, so well in fact that they will be available Alpaca Fest this Saturday 🤩

Now I just need a name for them - Suggestions in the comments please 🙏

It was a different kind of day at Bridlington King Street Market food festival today.

It’s not every day Matt-ilda gets eaten by a purple dinosaur 🦖

Was lovey to catch up with some trader friends and Thanks you to all the amazing customers who came and got their treats.

Was a lovely way to spend some of my Birthday. Now to have some dinner, a couple of cheeky drinks and watch (or more likely fall asleep in front of) a film 😁

Working out of Matt-ilda over the summer has got my brain ticking.

Is now the time for me to develop some warm eat on the go desserts?
Cheesecakes aren’t going anywhere, but imagine being able to grab a sweet treat and then walk around the market / event / festival eating it (I know some do this already with cheesecake slices and believe me I don’t judge 😜)

Anyway, thinking has turned into development and this is the first stage of the first dessert I’m playing around with.
I have no idea if it will work or not, but either way I’ll let you know.

Any guesses what I could be doing? 🤔

Back at Thursday Market today.

With the weather being a bit cooler I fancied doing some of next seasons flavours including my absolute favourite - Apple Pie 😋
