I’ve been busy in the kitchen creating one of my biggest selections yet, and I’m so excited to share it with you all!

💙 NEW! Blueberry Duo 💙

I’m always looking for new flavours to create, and today I’m introducing my newest handcrafted mousse dessert. It combines blueberry confit with silky vanilla mousse. I can’t wait to hear what you think!

Every dessert is made by hand in small batches using quality ingredients and lots of care. From making the confits and mousses to finishing each dessert individually, everything is created by me.

🎉 We’re at Carlton Towers for Yorkshire Day tomorrow! 🎉

Instead of opening the Cake Shed this Saturday, you’ll find us at Carlton Towers from 10am with a selection of our handmade pâtisserie, artisan chocolates, freshly baked cookies and other sweet treats.

It’s set to be a fantastic day out with live music, food, market stalls, family activities and much more, so if you’re coming along, we’d love to see you!
