Spices Chinese Restaurant was a personal project born in 2016 out of Jan's exceptional talent in rustling up a couple of Chinese dishes that were authentic, spicy and delicious! The comments and guest feedback we received can attest to that.
After 6 or so years, the bed and breakfast side has picked up to an extent that the 2 of us can no longer manage the b&b, a flourishing 30 seater restaurant and a potential new cafe. Yes, the once-upon-a-time indoor pool has finally been upgraded to a swish, modern looking space that really is an exciting new prospect to the Ivybridge Guesthouse.
I would like to continue the Asian theme but will need a chef to work with us to achieve this.
With a potential day cafe on the horizon too, there is potential for a full time, year round team to manage our next exciting phase in day to day operations. I am looking for a completely new food and drinks concept, possibly with live entertainment, to service our local community as well as traveller's to Pembrokeshire alike.
NOW is the time to decide.
I am flexible and will look at all opportunities that will take us to the next level by May/June 2022.
