We’ve been busy this morning and have a full chiller -

Eton Mess Turnovers - Strawberry, Meringue & Fresh Cream

Fresh Cream Tarts - Chocolate in the base covered in fresh cream & topped with Dime, Flake, Yorkie & Fudge pieces

Black Forest Trifles - Chocolate Sponge topped with cherries, custard & fresh cream.

Counter -

Sticky Toffee Sponge filled with buttercream & topped with caramel & Rolo

Limited cakes on the counter as they don’t do well in this heat but the chiller will be filled throughout the day with -

We’ve made our regular ones and a small number of Rhubarb & Custard ones.

Also on the lunch menu is Bacon, Cheese & Onion Quiche served with Salad & Coleslaw.

Just remember that we are limiting our menu due to the extreme heat in the kitchen.
