These are individual sealed pots, which also means they’re a great option for customers who need to avoid the dairy cross-contact that can occur on our shared rolled ice cream cold plates 🙌🏼

If you’re currently thinking “what on earth is Ube?!” 😂 — you’re probably not alone!

Ube is a beautiful purple yam originating from the Philippines, famous for its naturally sweet, creamy, slightly nutty/vanilla-like flavour — and it’s become a HUGE dessert trend around the world 💜

So obviously… we had to ROLL IT 😏

We’re still reminiscing about this beautiful day and getting to bring a little Oh So Rolly magic to such a special celebration 🤍

Because wedding dessert doesn’t have to be traditional… 👀

We served freshly made rolled ice cream 🍦🌀 straight from our van, complete with personalised ice cream pots made especially for the happy couple — and of course, we couldn’t let the bride and groom leave without having a go at making their own! 😂🤍

Such a fun, personal and completely different addition to their wedding day.

Seeing their guests gathered around the van, watching their desserts being made fresh in front of them and choosing their favourite flavours and toppings was exactly why we LOVE doing events like this 🥹
