Evening Glossop,
we’re hiring at the Victoria Lounge. We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our team, minimum thirty hours per week, with more during busy periods. We are a hands-on independent pub all about proper hospitality, great food, and genuine service. What you’ll be doing: leading shifts, motivating the team, making sure customers are looked after, opening and closing, cashing up, keeping standards high and helping develop the crew. What we’re looking for: someone reliable, calm under pressure, with previous supervisory experience, a natural people person who leads from the front. What we offer: steady hours, competitive pay depending on experience, staff discounts, and a proper chance to grow with us.
