It’s that time again; Team FARA is taking some time off, in order to spend some well-deserved time with our loved ones, before we enter the peak Summer season.
We are also taking this opportunity to complete some building maintenance works and repairs, which can’t be completed whilst we are open.
When we created FARA, we had a vision for a net-positive experience for all those involved - whether that be our wonderful guests, our incredible team or our supportive family and friends. Like everything in life, there are a million ways we achieve this end goal; one of the most important elements of this being the protection of a “genuine work:life balance”.
It’s for this very same reason that we chose to be a 5-day business, meaning we can always guarantee two days off in a row, each and every week.
By closing FARA for a short period, we are able to ensure that our entire team has uninterrupted time off. In turn, this means we can all rest, plan time with our family and friends, enjoy other local restaurants and just relax, safe in the knowledge that the phone won’t ring with work related urgencies.
