we’re looking for two new people to join our friendly kitchen team! ☕💚

📍 fern coffee bar
324 argyle street, glasgow, g2 8ly

👩‍🍳 full-time kitchen supervisor
🕒 35–40 hours per week

looking for someone with previous kitchen experience who can:
🥪 prepare sandwiches + lunch items
🍲 cook homemade soups from scratch
🥐 bake sweet + savoury items
🥣 prepare sauces + daily prep
📦 manage stock rotation + communicate with the general manager for ordering
🤝 lead by example + work well as part of the team

must be flexible to work 5 days per week, monday–sunday, with mainly early morning shifts + occasional evenings when required.

👨‍🍳 part-time kitchen assistant
🕒 12–20 hours per week

you’ll be assisting the kitchen supervisor with:
🥪 food prep + sandwich assembly
🥣 baking + soup prep
🧼 keeping the kitchen clean + organised
📦 stock rotation + general kitchen duties

mainly evening shifts with weekday + weekend availability.

🌅 6:30am–4:00pm
🌇 11:00am–7:30pm / 9:30pm
