Today we had a customer contact us about a sandwich from one of our buffets containing a small patch of blue mould on the bread.

As soon as we were made aware, we apologised immediately and provided a full refund without hesitation.

We take food quality extremely seriously. The bread had been purchased fresh from Tesco this morning and the buffet was prepared shortly afterwards, so naturally we were very surprised by the issue.

While we can’t explain how it occurred, we appreciate it being brought to our attention and have checked all remaining products as a precaution.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and the service we provide, and we’ll always do our best to put things right if something isn’t as it should be.
