One year. Thank you. ❤️

A year ago, Café Realm opened its doors for the first time.

In the beginning, we were honestly a little overwhelmed. We were learning everything as we went — sometimes orders took longer than they should, and there were many moments when we felt we still had a lot to improve.

Thank you for being patient with us.

Because of your support, encouragement, and kindness, we’ve grown into a more confident and stable little café. Every coffee, every meal, every conversation across the counter has helped us get here.

As a small Hong Kong-run café in Glasgow, we’ve been incredibly lucky to be welcomed by both the Hong Kong community and our local Scottish customers. Your support has meant more to us than words can express.

Thank you for choosing us, recommending us to friends, waiting for us when things were busy, and coming back again and again.

This first year hasn’t been perfect, but it has been full of warmth, learning, and wonderful people.

We’ll continue to do our best, and we hope Café Realm can remain a place where everyone feels welcome.

一年啦，多謝你哋。❤️

不知不覺，Cafe Realm 已經開業一年啦。

回想起啱啱開始嘅時候，我哋真係有啲手忙腳亂，一邊做、一邊學。有時出餐比較慢，有時要大家等候較久，都有好多地方做得未夠好。

多謝大家一直以來嘅包容同埋耐心。

因為你哋嘅支持、鼓勵同信任，我哋慢慢成長，做事都比以前更穩定、更成熟。每一杯咖啡、每一份餐點、每一次係櫃檯前嘅交談，都令我哋一步一步走到今日。

作為一間由香港人經營、位於 Glasgow 嘅小店，我們好幸運，得到香港社群同埋
本地蘇格蘭客人嘅支持。你們嘅鼓勵，對我哋嚟講真係非常珍貴。

大部分客人，由我哋開舖第一日開始，就一直支持我哋到今日。 由最初我哋仲未完全上手，到慢慢一步一步進步，你哋一直都喺度。對於呢份支持，我哋真係萬分感激，有好多時甚至覺得唔係三言兩語可以講得清楚。

多謝你哋選擇我哋、推薦我哋、係繁忙嘅時候願意等候，都一次又一次返嚟光顧。

呢一年未必完美，但充滿咗溫暖、學習同好多美好嘅相遇。
