Something special is coming to Glasgow.

On Friday 15 May, we are welcoming Yuki Yamazaki - Japanese liqueur and bitters brand owner behind -
for a bar takeover at Sticks'n'Sushi Glasgow.

Yuki is bringing three cocktails made with Japanese bitters, plus one from our current menu. Free to attend. Just come in.

Glasgow Cocktail Festival runs until 3 May - and we are in.

Two cocktails, both built around the flavours that feel most like us right now. Peach, genmaicha, Japanese botanicals and a bar team that does not do things by halves.

First Peach Blossoms - pisco, vodka, Cocchi Americano, genmaicha syrup, peach and Mt Fuji bitters. Floral, layered and quietly confident.

Peach & Genmaicha - Everleaf Forest, genmaicha syrup, peach and Sakura tea. Every bit as considered. Not a drop of alcohol.

The festival brings together over 50 of Glasgow's best bars and restaurants, and you will find us among them. Come in, grab a wristband and order something worth lingering over. Last orders: 3 May.
