Yesterday was Oriana’s last (official) shift at The Chip and we’re all going to miss her. Over the last few years she has run the pass like clockwork, trained all our new starts and kept our restaurant ticking. She’ll be with us for one last hoorah on Hogmanay so make sure to book in and see her off in style. Best of luck with your next endeavour in London Ori, they’re lucky to have you.
