Our passionate staff deliver the whole coffee journey; from green bean through to cup & give the people of Glasgow a proper cup of coffee. Our staff roast our very own blend in-house daily under the watchful eye of our Master Roaster. Trained as expert baristas, the team are passionate about ensuring they have the knowledge to deliver the perfect coffee, every time. We also offer freshly prepared food all day, ranging from a selection of cakes & pastries to soft or crispy filled breakfast rolls in the morning & delicious sandwiches all day long. Our coffee is available on-line, roasted to order, and is delivered direct to your door.

OUR ROASTING PROCESS ☕️

STEP 1 — THE ROAST 🔥
Meet Deirdre, our beloved Diedrich roasting machine. With her help, we hand-roast small batches of coffee across both our Glasgow & Edinburgh roasteries, giving us complete control over every roast.

STEP 2 — SIGHT & SOUND 👀👂
No computers, no shortcuts. Our expert roasters carefully watch the colour of the beans in the drum and listen for that all-important “crack” to know exactly when they’re ready.

Small batch, hand-roasted and crafted with care — bringing out the very best in every bean. ☕️🤎

Delighted to share that our Glasgow, Edinburgh and House blends have all been awarded Great Taste Awards! 🏆☕️

It’s a huge achievement and a real testament to our incredible team, who have continued to work so hard — especially while our Glasgow Roastery remains temporarily closed following the fire on Union Street back in March.

A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us, checked in, ordered online and continued to enjoy our coffee. We genuinely appreciate every bit of support. ❤️
