Homemade Sunday bread❤️
Recipe :

- sifted flour 510g
- Dry yeast 3G
- Salt 10g
- Water 200ml (room temperature)
Mix all ingredients by hand or using a mixer.
Cover with cling film, and leave for 6-8 hours. At room temperature.

Oil a cast iron pot with vegetable oil.
Form a dough ball, sprinkle flour on top and make several cuts on the surface.
Place into the pot and cover with a lid.

Place in a cold oven and turn the temperature to 240 deg (top).
Bake for 45 minutes.
