Brain Food is coming to Nippon Kitchen in Glasgow city centre on Thursday 27th August.

This month, we’re exploring the science of goal setting: what actually helps us move towards the things we want, and why some of what we’ve been taught about goals might not be the whole picture.💥🧘🏻‍♀️
