The Gannet

The Gannet Neighbourhood Bistro By The Team Behind The Gannet The Gannet is a modern Scottish fine dining restaurant.
(1031)

We source the best seasonal ingredients and create a tasting menu that is playful and delicious.

The restaurant was named during a research trip to the Outer Hebrides where the iconic seafaring bird holds a special place in local tradition..

The kitchen, headed up by Peter Mckenna, blends traditional and contemporary technique creating a distinctly Scottish fine dining experience. Kevin Dow

leads the front of house team with a style that is informal, relaxed but informed. A true reflection of the charm that Glasgow is widely known for.

Our wine list is compact, made up of modern and classic styles from both the old and new world, with a emphasis on small scale, artisanal growers.
