Swapped some ingredients and changed the cooking process so I could get the texture just right 👌
NOT SO SECRET TIP - I used smoked tofu to add that extra meaty flavour 😋😉🤫 but sssshhhh don't tell anyone 😄😜

Found this gem of a cafe in Ayr, as you can see I had to taste the vegan Nanwich before I even took a pic 😂 amazing Vegan options, the menu is pretty much half vegan and don't get me started on the cake selection 🤤🤤🤤 check it out folks 😍🐒

Omg inspired by Super Happy Win Food Vegan Bacon 😍❤ tastes absolutely amazing my Vegan Friends, I added/changed some of the ingredients and the way I put it together, the cooking process is perfect 👌
Top tip, fry in a little sundried tomato oil, takes the Vegan BLT to the next level 😀🐒
