Sprigg Lentil Soup Recipe:

Oil 30g (1 tablespoon)
Garlic 36g (6 cloves)
Onions 216g (1 large onion, peeled and sliced)
Celery 216g (4 stalks, sliced)
Salt 6g

10 minute sweat - then add:

Carrot 240g (4 small/medium, grated or sliced)
Black pepper 2g

Sweat for a further 30 mins approx (lid on) before adding:

1800ml water
360g Red split lentils

Cook until lentils are soft on low heat, blend, season and serve/chill. Enjoy!

Today we say goodbye to 2025! After today’s lunch service, we’ll be taking a short break and will be back on Monday 5th January.

And no cars when we said bikes, all orders will be delivered by the power of human legs and maybe a little 🔋 help if there’s tonnes of your ordering. You won’t find us on Uber Eats whilst we run the trial. Come direct and let’s see how much we both love it!
