Fern has been part of the Barolo family since March. Originally from Dundee, she moved to Glasgow to study Paediatric Nursing at university and has loved being part of the team ever since. ❤️

One of the newest additions to our menu… Frittura di Paranza. 🦐✨

A taste of the Italian coast with crisp-fried baby squid, whitebait and king prawns, served with rustic chips, ginger mayo and spicy aioli.

Pair it with a chilled glass of white wine and you’ll feel transported straight to Sorrento. ☀️
