👨‍🍳 Meet Paul, our Sous Chef at Barolo.

Paul joined Barolo in March 2022 when he moved to Scotland. Before joining the company, he worked in Zambia and gained experience in hotels across different parts of the world with renowned brands including Marriott, Taj Group of Hotels, and Oberoi Hotels.
