Due to the red weather alert for tomorrow, January 24th, we have decided to keep Amarelo closed and barricade ourselves at home—after stocking up on essentials for a cozy breakfast.

We will reopen as usual on Saturday at 9 AM.

✨ WE HAVE A VENUE FOR THE DAY : THE CRAGS CENTRE, EH8 9RY✨

🎵TAMBOURINES Available WHEN REQUESTED I ADVANCE 🎵

Join us for the first Galician dance and music workshop in Edinburgh!

Our friends from Rega UK will be teaching this unique workshop for the first time in Edinburgh on May 11th.

- What to expect? You will learn the basics of the Galician Traditional dance as well as play traditional rhythms on the 'pandeireta' (tambourine). Xavi Castaña (our teacher) will also teach us some traditional songs to make this experience a complete immersion in Galician culture for you! Please, note that this is a 3-hour workshop: 1.5h dance + 1.5 tambourine.

- When? Saturday 11th May, afternoon (time 4:30-7:30pm)

- Where? The Crags Centre (Edinburgh)

- How much? Only £12 for 3 hours!!! EsGalla members £10. ONLY cash please.

- How to book? Please, send us an e-mail to [email protected] to book your space and indicate if you have already some experience on Galician dance/tambourine and if you have a tambourine to bring or if you will need one.
