Not all heroes wear capes some wear waders .

Kieran and Reece and a few others have been cleaning out The Brock Burn the past few months and have done a remarkable job.

100s of shopping trolleys removed amongst other objects that have been dumped into the burn all over the areas the burn runs .

Good to see them in Brockburn, Glasgow today with MP / councillor Zubir Ahmed who had invited them down to Westminster recently and has raised awareness of the great work this group has put in to make the Greater Pollok area cleaner and a safer place .

Zubir is also campaigning for pubs in Scotland to be afforded the same rates as pubs do south of the border which can only benefit the trade north of the border for those in the trade and the customers who are the heart beat of any local .

Good luck to all going forward in all that they do .

THANK YOU .
