New on the bar this week🤩
⭐️ welcoming our pals at Jackton Distillery to the bar with their first single malt from Jackton distillery! Their inaugural release is matured in a combination of bourbon, PX, amontillado, and Oloroso casks before being bottled at 48.7% with natural colour and no chill filtration. This release is limited to only 6000 bottles
⭐️ 17.1 distilled using Scottish concerto barley malted to 81ppm before being matured for 5 years in first fill bourbon barrels and bottled at 59.7%. 17.2 is distilled using the same barley at 17.1 however it has then been matured for 4 years in second fill Californian red wine French oak casks which then matured bourbon before being filled with Octomore, it is then finished for a year in first fill port barriques before being bottled at 59.5%. 17.3 is distilled using 100% Islay concerto barley from Irene’s field on Octomore farm malted to 132.1 ppms before being matured in first fill bourbon barrels and second fill European oak which contained Ribera del Duero, Sauternes, Eiswein and Syrah before being bottled at 60.9%
⭐️ Living Souls Tamnavulin 10 year old finished in Chianti wine before being bottled at 46%
⭐️ 15 year old matured in PX and Spanish wine casks before being bottled at 46%
⭐️ The Glendronach 14 year old limited release is matured in PX, Oloroso and claret wine casks before being bottled at 46.8%
⭐️ Kilkerran Single Malt heavily peated 5 year old matured in Oloroso before being bottled at 58.2% for the cancelled Campbeltown malts festival
⭐️ Glen Scotia 10 year old distillery exclusive matured in a first fill rum barrel before being bottled at 56.4% and 8 year Robbie’s Whisky Merchants exclusive matured in a first fill PX hogshead before being bottled at 55.6%
⭐️ Isle of Raasay Distillery peated Whisky Shop exclusive matured in an Oloroso Sherry cask before being bottled at 60.7%
⭐️ Duncan Taylor Scotch Whisky The Octave peated Bunnahabhain 11 year old finished in a Madeira wine cask before being bottled at 54.1%
⭐️ Port Charlotte 18 year old peated to 40 PPM, matured in bourbon & sherry casks before being finished in French oak & bourbon, bottled at 52.3%

💧 Little Brown Dog Spirits ltd Caol Ila UNPEATED??? 12 year old bottled at 57.3%
💧 Fragrant Drops™️ Indiana Rye 9 year old finished in a tokaji barrel bottled at 56.8%
💧 Francis Cuthbert Summer Edition 13/26 bottled at 46%

💜 Glencadam Distillery Visitor Centre 13 year old matured in a Spinola PX cask bottled at 58.1% and 20 year old matured in a Sauternes cask bottled at 55.8%
