‼️We are sad to announce that Smiths Vegan Cafe will not be reopening in 2024 as originally planned and the cafe is now for sale. Thank you to everyone who has come in and supported the business over the last year, we really appreciate it!‼️
For anyone interested, the price to purchase the business is £20,000, however, there is scope to have a payment plan set up if anyone is interested, but unable to afford the full cost upfront. This business would be better suited to an owner who plans to work in the cafe. The property was previously a shop, so a full renovation was completed to create the current fully fitted cafe and kitchen space earlier this year, totalling £40,000. If the business continued to operate with the existing opening hours (Wednesday-Sunday 10am-5pm), expected figures for the first year would be between £36,400-£41,600, with the opportunity to increase.
