I just can't thank Gav and some of the fantastic Lomond Mountain Rescue Team enough for helping us cut & move all the crumbling log benches. We thought it would take a couple of days to move, but they worked away hard & got it all cleared. Great job! Thank you so much team!

Well done to all the runners, support crew & organisers who did the West Highland Way Race. This video shows a few of the support crews arriving & few of the first runners going past, obviously speeded up. a great achievement. 95 miles, 14000 feet.
