Hey everyone,

It's with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of Belter Bento.

While our chef is still recovering, we had planned to close permanently on the 5th of October. Given the circumstances, we've decided to expedite this closure.

We want to thank all of you for your incredible support over the years. It's been an amazing journey, and we're so grateful for the memories we've made together.
We'll miss seeing your smiling faces and hearing your laughter. Thank you for being a part of our story.

Dear customers,

As you may or may not know, we recently had to delay our reopening (from holiday) due to staffing reasons. We're happy to announce that Belter Bento will reopen tomorrow (10/09 from 5). However, this time will be a little different, as we will only be open for one more month before saying our final goodbyes.

Running this Japanese takeaway has been a true passion, and it’s been a joy to share the food we love with all of you. Since opening in May 2023, we have marked our journey 1 year and 4 months in the East of Glasgow despite a few challenges along the way. You guys have been amazing and so supportive. Quinnan and I are grateful for it. Sadly due to several circumstances, it’s been hard to run a viable business.

Our final day of service will be Saturday 5 October. Please if you’re nearby, pop in just to even say hello, and we hope to make this final month as memorable as ever.
