Established in 1970 at the foot of Hope Street La Lanterna is Glasgow`s oldest family run Italian restaurant and the city`s premier destination for authentic Italian cuisine. Named Best Italian Restaurant at the Glasgow Restaurant Awards 2012 and Scotland’s Best Italian Restaurant in The Official Scottish Entertainment Guide Awards in 2013. Owners Christopher Martinolli & Luca Conreno (Best Chef - 2013 Italian Awards) work tirelessly to maintain the restaurants fine traditions that have helped La Lanterna deliver food and service of the highest quality for over forty years.
