Meet our Head Chef, Kevin McCafferty.

We’re delighted to welcome Kevin to the Eusebi family after years spent in some of Glasgow’s most respected kitchens, including Gamba, Cail Bruich and Ox and Finch.

Now leading our kitchen, Kevin brings a love of seasonal cooking, craftsmanship and the generous hospitality that has always been at the heart of Eusebi.
