CURRY CHEF

• Capable to prepare Curries of all verities such as Korma, Nehari, Biryani, Vegetable dishes, Asian rice foods, and the like.
• Maintain an ideally traditional proportion of spices in the curries
• Take care of the curry section of the kitchen.
• Develop the menu of the business (Curry Section)
• Supervise the other kitchen staff working in the curry section
• Maintain hygienic conditions.
• Take care of health & safety precautions.
• Must have at least 3 years relevant experience at N/ SVQ level 3 or above.
• Salary £ 27000/- per annum (Gross)
• 6 days working per week, 37.5 hours a week.
• Employment contract: 60 months
