This one won't be on the desserts for much longer, have you tried it yet? ๐Ÿ˜‹

For the filling of the tart we make a rhubarb jam, then top with mascarpone that has been whipped up with icing sugar in the same way you'd make Chantilly cream, a winner of a sweet!
