We were scouted to come onto Channel 4โ€™s new show due to the huge support from our ramen loving makifam and how could we turn down the offer to participate in their show? ๐Ÿ˜ It includes lots of good food, cooking, fun and lovely people from businesses in our local community.

Head chef and founder of Maki and Ramen, Teddy Lee and our C.O.O Michael Salvador represented us in the famous TV Show in channel 4 Come Dine with me: The Professionals. A show that celebrates the wonderful variety of flavours and dishes as well as fellow restaurateurs who share the same passion, passion for cooking delicious dishes!
