Dal Makhani slow cooked until it becomes something extraordinary. Hariyali Paneer Tikka, bold, fresh and fragrant. Murg Maskawala, our signature butter chicken with a twist that Glasgow has loved for 23 years. Nihari Shahi Biryani, lamb shank slow cooked the royal way, layered into saffron basmati fit for a feast. Zaafrani Nisha, jumbo tiger prawns finished in saffron and spice from the tandoor. And Saag Maas, tender lamb slow cooked in rich spiced spinach until it becomes exactly what a main course should be.

Samosa Chaat that makes you question every other version you have had. Vada Pav straight from the streets of Mumbai. Zaafrani Nisha, jumbo tiger prawns finished in saffron and spice from the tandoor. Nihari Shahi Biryani, lamb shank slow cooked the royal way, layered into fragrant basmati. And Murg Chettinad, bold, peppery and rooted in the spice routes of Tamil Nadu.

A glimpse of Saturdays at The Dhabba.

Kingfisher on tap, cocktails being made, Prosecco being poured. Tables full of people who had the right idea. Outdoor seats in the sun, indoor warmth when you need it. Celebrations happening at every corner, food being shared without asking, conversations that started at lunch and somehow made it to dessert.

Gulab Jamun. Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Kulfi. The kind of ending that makes you plan the next visit before you have even left.
