🌻 Fresh spring flavours have been made this morning.

Mini egg - broken mini eggs with chocolate flakes throughout.

White chocolate pistachio - white chocolate base mix with pure pistachio rippled.

Lemon meringue - very zesty lemon base mix with meringue pieces.

Calling all chocolate lovers! Our new flavour is… Chocolate Fudge Cake🍫🍥 Inspired by Bruce Bogtrotter, we mixed a chocolate ice cream base with homemade chocolate fudge cake, and chocolate sauce! It’s a chocolate dream☁️✨ Available now at Minted!

For our raspberry, iced doughnut flavour we were inspired by Danny’s Do-nuts in the Barras.

We’ve managed to recreate that by infusing our base mix with delicious iced doughnuts. We then ripple through delicious raspberry jam and more doughnuts.

Want to know our secrets on how we make these flavours? Keep reading 👀

For our Red Velvet Cake Ice Cream we dissolve cocoa powder in boiling water to make a slurry. Then we combine this into our homemade base mix, along with cream cheese flavouring, and batch freeze. When our machine has done its magic, we extract the ice cream and ripple through slices of red velvet cake. Finally we decorate the top with the best looking slices 🤤

For our Burnt Honey and Sea Salt we start by heating 275g of honey until it takes on a toastier colour. Then we whisk this into our homemade base mix, along with 12g of the best sea salt. Now all that’s left is to let our churner do its magic 🪄
