The Pistachios which we use in our famous Pistachio Gelato come from the little town of Bronte at the foot hills of mount Etna, which only produce 1% of the Worlds Pistachios. 🇮🇹

We use seasonal fresh fruit and premium ingredients free from additives in our gelato, you won't find any additives or nasties here! 🍒

We take pride in knowing that only organic milk and the healthiest, locally sourced, ingredients are used to make it. We are infatuated with producing a unique gelato which not only tastes fantastic but is also nourishing and free of rubbish.
