Its been a few weeks since we opened our doors at Clarkston and think its about time we posted a little token of our gratitidue and appreciation.

Thanks to all the wonderful customers and neighbours who have visited us since we opened. We have had the warmest of welcomes into the community and it has been a pleasure having you visit. We are so grateful for your support and hope you visit again soon as we develop our baking, brunch and coffee offering.

A token of appreciation goes to everyone involved in getting the place ready. Ross Zajac for the endless joinery work, Callum at Spraytech for the shopfront and to Head Roaster David who is also just as handy with a drill as he is wtih a coffee roaster. The on-site team have been amazing with the opening, headed up by James, Niamh and Darci with our new team members, Alfie, Sam, Luke and Henry.

We are so so grateful to be part of the community and here is to lots of coffee, bakes and brunch.

Due to opening of our new location, we are looking for honest, reliable and hard working team individuals to join our team at our Great Western Road cafe.

Roles:

Kitchen Manager - Full time - West End

Heading up the kitchen team, this role requires at least 1-year of leadership/supervision experience. This might be your first managers role, but you will have the drive, determination and ability to lead the kitchen forward.

Cook - Full time - West End

You will join our existing team in prepping, cooking and assembling world class brunch dishes. This role does not necessarily require experience and may suit someone looking to enter the industry but you must have a genuine interest in food, quality and taste.

We offer remuneration packages above industry standard, tips over and above, full holiday entitlement, Xmas and New Year holidays and really fulfilling workplace.

The kitchen is the beating heart of Papercup. Fast paced and high energy but is fun and rewarding. Our customers who travel far and wide to visit us.
