💚 Mental Health Awareness Week | 11–17 May 2026 💚
This week is a reminder that mental health matters every day — not just when things feel overwhelming. Small actions can make a real difference: checking in with a friend, taking a break, asking for support, or simply being kinder to yourself.
This year’s theme is Action — because every conversation, every moment of support, and every step toward better wellbeing counts.
If you’re struggling, you are not alone.
If someone comes to you for support, listening matters. Most of you know of my struggles and the difficulties especially this year - just remember if you say you are going to be there, then be there. It is just knowing that someone is there that can make all the difference. But please, Never say to someone I would never have thought this would have been you feeling like this - this adds to the feelings of not being enough or good enough.
