Play Expo pt1

We spent the day at Play Expo at Braehead Arena. The market area was jam packed full of amazing retro gaming consoles, games and collectables. Special shout out to .gla for bringing along loads of goodies.

Fun in G1. Our map of great small independant businesses in the G1 area you should totally check out!

At location number 3 is on King Street. They sell boardgames, trading cards, TTRPG and miniature models. They specialise in TCG such as Pokemon, Magic The Gathering and Yugioh.

R-CADE kids; we need you!

We are looking for kids to be part of our new 'kids in R-CADE' video series. Here are the details:

- We will be creating videos to post on our instagram and tiktok, giving our younger community a chance to tell the world their favourite things about R-CADE.
- On days of filming the kids can play in the arcade free of charge and will be given R-CADE goodies to take home.
- Parents must give full permission for kids to be interviewed by an R-CADE staff member on camera and posted online.
- Kids must be aged between 8 and 14 and must have visited and played in R-CADE in the past year.
- We will be filming on a number of dates throughout the summer, our first date will be Tuesday 21st of July between 5pm and 7pm.
- On film days a parent must stay in the venue to give permission for all filming taking place. A consent form will also be given.

We want to make sure all kids involved are protected which is why we will be very strict on age restrictions and permissions, and we also want to give our mini gamers a platform too, so If your mini gamer would like to be involved and is happy to talk on camera please DM us on instagram.
