• Souvlaki — Chicken skewers with pickled red onion & tzatziki
• Moussaka — Minced lamb & aubergine bake

• Calamari — Deep-fried squid with fresh lemon & aioli

• Psari Plaki — Haddock baked in a tomato & onion sauce
