✨ A magical Wedding at The Oak Grove… ✨

Saturday evening took us to the beautiful Oak Grove Venue in Upchurch to cater for Stu & Helen’s wedding — and what a truly beautiful setting it was❤️ The Oak Grove ❤️

With its picturesque surroundings, gorgeous atmosphere and the celebrations in full swing, it was the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening.

For Stu & Helen, the evening meal was all about keeping things relaxed, sociable and full of party atmosphere. While the music played and the dance floor came alive, guests could enjoy one of our signature Bollywood catering, filled with delicious Indian food, before heading straight back to the celebrations. 💃🕺✨

There’s something so special about seeing guests enjoying great food, music and each other’s company — all without having to pause the party 🎉

And we have to say a huge thank you to the wonderful team at Oak Grove. AMAZING -
Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but the staff were incredibly warm, accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived. It was a pleasure to work alongside such a fantastic team 🤍🫡

Last Friday was our first day back in-store after a busy festival season — and what a return it was! 🙌

We had a very busy evening and we sold out 🙌🏾
just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who came down and welcomed us back. After spending the summer out on the road it was really nice to be back in store again doing what we love — serving up our Bollywood Boxes to our local customers. We’ve definitely missed the Friday night buzz! 🫶🔥

✨ Celebrating 25 Wonderful Years – Happy Silver Wedding Anniversary, Alison & Tim! 🥂❤️

What an absolute pleasure it was to cater for Alison & Tim’s beautiful 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration at Bredhurst Village Hall, surrounded by their family and friends 🫶

This booking was extra special to us ❤️

Around a year ago, Alison and Tim got in touch to start planning their celebration. At the time, they weren’t even sure what the event would look like or where it would be held… but one thing they did know was that they wanted Bollywood Box Catering to be part of it. In fact, they booked us before they’d even chosen a venue! That really meant the world to us, and we’re incredibly grateful for the trust they placed in us 🤝🎉

As long-time customers, it was an honour to help make such a special milestone one to remember.

We provided a complete catering service from start to finish, including the full buffet setup, hot chafing dishes, eco-friendly bowls, forks and napkins, and of course, everything was packed away afterwards, leaving the venue clean and tidy for the end of the evening 👌

The buffet looked fantastic, the atmosphere was brilliant, and hearing all the lovely feedback from guests made it even more rewarding. Thank you to everyone who came over for a chat and for all the kind compliments.
