The right person should have;

experience of at least two years
A personal licence
A passion for good service in a community eatery
Understanding of good fresh food and flavours
Good wine knowledge (training will be provided)
Must be available evenings and weekend and days

Lay can be discussed at interview and dependant on experience.

Soup of the day is always served with a piece of sourdough bread.
